Westbridge Receives EPA Approval for Its New SUPPRESS™ Herbicide EC
Vista, CA (PRWEB) September 29, 2014 -- Westbridge Agricultural Products announced today the EPA approval of SUPPRESS™ Herbicide EC, a highly effective new tool for organic growers. SUPPRESS™ Herbicide EC is registered as a broad spectrum contact herbicide for post-emergent, non-selective weed control for use in all agricultural food and non-food crops. The formulation is an emulsifiable concentrate that has been approved by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) for use in organic food production.
In four years of university research trials, SUPPRESS™ Herbicide EC has consistently shown excellent results in controlling various weeds, even under unfavorable conditions. The product provides rapid, effective control under cool and cloudy conditions as well as warm and sunny conditions.
Weed management is an ever-present problem in agriculture.
