Brian Kuhn from PSG Clarity on Panel at Financial Advisors Summit in Washington, D.C. September 28-30, 2014
Fulton, MD (PRWEB) September 29, 2014 -- Financial planning is essential to creating a buffer zone between yourself and the winds of change that occur in every life.
The Financial Service Institute is a nationwide organization dedicated to ensuring that affordable, professional investment advice is available to anyone at an affordable rate and that the rights of independent financial advisors are protected or enhanced in the halls of Congress. The Financial Advisors Summit hosted by and for financial advisors enables its members to develop networks, discuss issues of importance and socialize in a relaxed atmosphere.
“2014 has been an exciting year with new opportunities to represent competent, caring financial planners and discuss the many ways that financial planning can be an asset to those who thought that investments were only for the very rich.” Mr. Kuhn, Manager of PSG Clarity a division of Planning Solutions Group responded when asked about his participation in this year’s FSI Summit. “Having attended FSI functions in the past, I am looking forward to participating this year. It’s a unique experience – unlike others conferences I’ve attended.”
Mr. Kuhn, as an enthusiastic member of the Financial Service Institute (FSI), has been asked to participate on one of the Panels, which is scheduled for Monday September 29, 2014 from 2:45 – 3:45p.m. The panel will share various techniques for incorporating an online presence in the development of business policy, finding and retaining clients and how to meet compliance regulations in a virtual environment.
As a financial planner for more than 13 years and author of “Total Compensation: A Practical Guide to Federal Employee Benefits”, Mr. Kuhn’s passion for counseling public sector employees becomes obvious. He has spoken at the Financial Service Professionals membership on benefits of federal employees and at the Library of Congress for a conference of federal employees. As part of the younger professionals in the industry, he utilizes an online presence to educate and update his clients, friends and other financial planners as well as contributing articles to online magazines.
This year’s summit examines a number of wide ranging topics divided into general sessions, educational seminars and a variety of diversions from Zumba to image consults.
