Savills Studley to Present at 2014 Corenet Global Summit
New York, NY (PRWEB) October 23, 2014 -- Savills Studley, the leading global commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, will be presenting at the CoreNet Global North American Summit in Washington, DC on October 26 - 29, a top notch peer-to-peer education, networking and relationship building summit for commercial real estate professionals. For the fifth consecutive year, Savills Studley will also be exhibiting at the summit.
“Savills Studley is thrilled to be showcasing our brand at CoreNet’s Global North American Summit once again, as it is the premier summit for the commercial real estate industry,” comments Savills Studley senior managing director, Christelle Bron.
Savills Studley’s first education session, “Creating a Robust RE (Risk Engineering) Strategy” will be held on October 27th. Bron and Derek Chanler-Berat of Savills Studley, Tim Leung of Columbia and Robert Ripp of Morgan Stanley will present how statistical forecasting and optimization techniques, or "Risk Engineering," can be used to enhance the tools and techniques already employed and design robust real estate strategies. Bron and Chanler-Berat will be recapping this session on October 28th during the summit’s learning theater series. “As industries such as tech and finance become increasingly sophisticated with their business analytics, we, too, are incorporating cutting edge techniques into our scope of services. By teaming up with leading universities and using advanced analytical methodologies, we are able to provide the innovative real estate solutions our savvy clients are looking for,” remarks Chanler-Berat.
The second education session will be held on October 29th and is entitled “Integrator 2.0: Building the eyes and ears of Accenture’s Global Portfolio.” Bron, Raheel Goheer and Joe Learner, all of Savills Studley and Michael Whitney and John Hogan of Accenture will share their insights on designing, implementing and operating Accenture's "integrator-lite" model tailored to address the company's specific real estate needs. Learner adds, “We are excited to share our unique experience with our trusted partner and client, Accenture to demonstrate the vast benefits that a customized model can offer.”
As part of the convention experience, attendees are encouraged to visit the exhibitor booths and learn more about emerging trends for 2015. In an effort to highlight the vast array of industry knowledge available through Savills Studley’s research and analytics, Savills Studley will host its own version of a Jeopardy game at the company’s booth (#1509), staffed by David Endelman, Al Stabile, Owen Kimple, Marshall O’Moore, Chris Volney, Nick Gentilesco and Kevin Webb. The game will test participants’ real estate knowledge and all participants will receive a prize, including a grand prize for the overall winner valued at over $250.
