Thanksgiving Dinner at the Hyatt offers Exciting New Options as well as a Traditional Turkey Feast.
Bonita Springs, FL (PRWEB) November 06, 2014 -- Besides the traditional roasted turkey, this year’s Thanksgiving Dinner Grand Buffet will offer a Seafood Bar, Carved Ribeye, Country Ham, Risotto Station, Small Bites Grazing Station and a Micro Dessert Bar.
“We’re delivering traditional tastes in exciting and unusual ways. For example, we will be presenting a traditional butternut squash but served as a mousse ‘push-pop’ with pomegranate and pistachio,” said Chef Andreas Singer, the Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort.

Live jazz by Chris and Jean Sidwell and pianist William Dawson will provide seasonal cheer during dinner. Hyatt’s Thanksgiving Dinner Grand Buffet will be held in Estero Ballroom and Tanglewood Restaurant with seating beginning at 12:30 pm, the last seating will be at 7:30pm. Adults are $69 each, children are $34 each, plus tax and 20% gratuity. Children under 5 years of age are complimentary.
Guests seeking an intimate dining experience can enjoy Tarpon Bay Restaurant, offering a Thanksgiving prix fixe menu and an a la carte menu from 5:30pm – 10:00pm.
