(ISC)²® Opens Call for Speakers for Third Annual CyberSecureGov Training Event
Clearwater, Fla. (PRWEB) November 20, 2014 -- (ISC)2® (“ISC-squared”), the largest not-for-profit membership body of certified information and software security professionals with over 100,000 members worldwide, today announced the opening of its call for speakers for the 3rd annual (ISC)2 CyberSecureGov, to be held May 14-15, 2015, at the Reagan Building & International Trade Center in Washington, D.C. This training event will offer two days of government-focused sessions.
“Just when agencies start to identify the damage resulting from a cyber incident, another devastating attack is reported. With seemingly no end in sight, the U.S. government must focus on solutions that can be implemented with lightning speed,” said Dan Waddell, CISSP, CAP, PMP, director, Government Affairs, (ISC)². “Our goal with CyberSecureGov is to provide federally-focused training at a low cost that will assist to advance security programs and help government personnel maximize resources in order to keep pace with cyber threats.”
