Carrollton, Texas (PRWEB) November 24, 2014
HBR Technologies has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work” in Addison and the North Dallas Corridor by Addison Magazine. It took the top honor in the small business category for companies with less than 25 employees. It was the only technology company nominated in this category.
According to Addison Magazine, “These companies are leaders in their respective fields and promote an exceptional environment for their employees. We know that people are what make up a business and these companies treat their employees with great perks and benefits.”
HBR Technologies was nominated after a rigorous selection process that included website nominations, internal suggestions and feedback from community leaders. From this process, 17 finalists were selected to compete in the Small, Medium and Large categories. The finalists were chosen based on a positive and supportive company culture, employee perks, achievements and incentives – among other features.
“For the last 30 years, we’ve taken great pride in creating a family-oriented culture that provides our employees with a balanced work and home life,” said Jeff Romick, CEO of HBR Technologies. “It’s an honor to be recognized. We really enjoy working together as a team and spending time together as friends.”
HBR Technologies provides a full benefits package that includes contributions to employee’s 401K plans and HSA accounts, as well as quarterly breakfasts, an on-site gym and a free movie library. In addition, the company provides opportunities to pursue education and certification programs and recognizes top employees with yearly Eagle and Engineer of the Year awards.
HBR Technologies and the entire list of 2014 “Best Places to Work” are highlighted in the November 10, 2014, Addison Magazine edition.
