Steelwedge Presents First Annual Tom Wallace S&OP Leadership Awards to HP and Baker Hughes Executive

The awards recognize excellence in the field of sales and operations planning, and are named in honor of Tom Wallace, the renowned S&OP pioneer, consultant and author. A committee of Steelwedge executives determined the winners.
Robie, Senior Director, S&OP at Baker Hughes, received the S&OP Leadership Award, which recognizes an individual who has demonstrated leadership championing S&OP within his or her company. Robie has spent 37 years with Baker Hughes and is responsible for the efforts to balance supply and demand for the eight major product lines within Baker Hughes.
HP received the Tom Wallace S&OP Innovation Award, which recognizes a company for its innovative use of technology to advance the art and science of S&OP to drive overall company performance.
