ConvergenceHealth, Inc. Names Kevin Noland as Chief Executive Officer
Incline Village, Nevada (PRWEB) December 03, 2014 -- The Board of Directors of ConvergenceHealth, Inc., a global provider of solutions, technology and consulting services for the healthcare industry, has appointed Kevin Noland as President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Noland will succeed Jasna Gehring who will continue as the non-executive Chairman of the Board after serving as the interim Chief Executive Officer for the past year.
Prior to joining ConvergenceHealth, Noland served as President and Chief Executive Officer with publicly traded A.D.A.M., Inc. A.D.A.M. produced and syndicated consumer health information and applications across the health care industry as well as consumer destinations such as Google, Yahoo and WebMD. He also led a transformative initiative with the acquisition of Online Benefits, Inc., a health and benefits administration platform for mid-sized employers. Noland was with A.D.A.M. for over 15 years until the company was acquired in 2010.

He has also worked with several start up ventures including most recently Chief Executive Officer of PowWowHR, Inc., a market leading provider of enterprise human resource and benefit technologies.
