LAZ Parking’s Award-Winning Social Networking and Learning Strategy Highlighted in Elearning! Magazine’s Complimentary Webinar
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) December 10, 2014 -- Elearning! Magazine will host a complimentary webinar detailing how social learning technology, coupled with business-based planning, can be highly effective in increasing employee engagement and peer-based learning. The webinar, "Engaging Employees through Online Collaboration," is scheduled for Thursday, December 11, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST.
The webinar will be conducted by Andi Campbell, vice president of HR for LAZ Parking, the third largest parking company in the United States and a 2014 Learning! 100 winner. Attendees will learn how social learning, combined with on-demand, mobile-accessible content and peer coaching, formed the foundation for a cost- and time-efficient learning strategy that had rapid business impact.
The presentation will also cover the technologies used – Intellum’s TribeSocial and Exceed LMS – and how the offerings are used by LAZ Parking’s 7,500+ hourly employees, management team, and management trainees.
“My presentation will focus on how we used social collaboration and learning to address two key business priorities -- increasing employee engagement to reinforce LAZ Parking’s people-first philosophy and building a management pipeline capable of meeting the company’s aggressive growth projections,” said Campbell.
“LAZ Parking is an amazing example of how social learning and collaboration technology can be used to solve major business challenges,” said Chip Ramsey, CEO of Intellum. Easy mobile access and navigation, simple sharing and searching of virtually any type of content, the ability to create audience-specific groups, and customizable dashboards for metrics were among the product features important to the LAZ Parking initiative, according to Ramsey.
The webinar presentation is designed for senior learning and HR executives, HR and learning system managers, and professionals responsible for employee engagement or leadership development.
