"Debt and taxes keep the poor poor and make the rich richer."
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 26, 2015
Epic Real Estate Investing announces the release of an an exclusive interview with world-renowned real estate investor and author, Robert Kiyosaki. The podcast will be available on ITunes on Monday, January 26, 2015. Robert Kiyosaki, the author of three books, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Rich Dad’s Prophecy, and the recently-released Second Chance, discusses exclusively with Epic Real Estate Investing how the “middle class mentality of playing it safe” translates to the middle class being poor and consistently challenged by debt and taxes.
“Debt and taxes make the middle class poor,” according to Mr. Kiyosaki. “On the other side of the coin, debt and taxes are making the rich richer.” Mr. Kiyosaki’s suggestions are not mere theories of his own; he recommends proven strategies for increasing wealth. He proffers that all coins have three sides, so when an investor takes just one side, he or she is “ignorant” to what is happening on the other sides. “On a coin, there is heads. There is tails. And then there is the edge on the side of the coin. Intelligence occurs when you stand on the edge.”
Standing on the edge of the coin, according to Second Chance, is where the rich maintain their positioning. They make the decision whether to “go middle class and poor, or to go rich and get richer”. Standing on the edge means having a clear perspective on all sides of financial wealth. The concept of “understanding that when you can see the past, you can see the future,” is the foundation of Robert Kiyosaki’s thinking. “Second Chance is about giving us a second chance now,” before a big stock market crash, (which he believes is coming in 2016), so the reader can see, and change, his/her financial future before it happens.
Epic Real Estate Investing is a regular podcast that can be found on ITunes. Host Matt Theriault, is a real estate investor and Desert Storm Veteran (USMC). The Second Chance interview is especially relevant for Matt, since he was forced to make a career change when technology significantly impacted his music business and today’s digital downloads technology changed the industry. With no “plan b” in place, Matt personally experienced the “rise and fall” Robert discusses in his books. Today, Matt is the accomplished author of Do Over, the story of his comeback journey, a business coach, and teacher. The podcasts are merely one medium Matt uses to reach his audience to help them formulate their “plan b” before it’s too late.
