Dallas:
CATO Fashions/CATO Plus has leased a 4,000-square-foot space at Glade Parks located at 2951 State Highway 121 in Euless, Texas. This fashion retailer joins anchors Dick's Sporting Goods, ULTA, Michaels, HomeGoods, Boot Barn, and Kirkland’s within this 800,000-square-foot project.
Dawn Greiner and Rick Ikeler of the SRS Dallas/Ft. Worth office represented the tenant, CATO Fashions/CATO Plus in the transaction. Steve Ewing and Josh Flores with EDGE Realty Partners represented the landlord, RUBY-12-GLADERETAIL, LLC.
MiniLuxe, Inc. has plans to open a 1,756-square-foot store in 3700M at West Village located in Dallas’ dynamic Uptown neighborhood. This revolutionary nail and beauty care chain joins other highly desirable retailers such as SuitSupply, J Crew, Pure Barre, and Bisous Bisous Patisserie within the 250,000-square-foot retail area comprising the West Village District.
Dawn Greiner and Carey Moen of the SRS Dallas/Ft. Worth office represented the tenant, MiniLuxe Inc., in the transaction. 3700M at West Village is a joint mixed-use development by Forest City Enterprises, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio and Dallas Based Cityplace Company.
Carter’s, Inc. has plans to open a 4,125-square-foot store at Westover Marketplace located at the intersection of Loop 410 and Highway 151 in San Antonio, Texas. This children’s fashion retailer joins anchors Target, Toys “R” Us, Ross Dress for Less, Lowe’s, Gander Mountain, PetSmart, Office Depot, rue21, Rack Room Shoes, Melrose, Catherines, and Avenue within the 230,664-square-foot power center.
Dawn Greiner of the SRS Dallas/Ft. Worth office and Austin McWilliams with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, Carter’s, Inc., in the transaction. Westover Marketplace is managed by IA Management, L.L.C. Graham Ketchum with CBRE’s Retail Services Group represented the landlord.
Texas Land Group, LLC has purchased 0.64 acres of land at Burleson Commons Shopping Center located at Highway 174 & F.M. 731 in Burleson, Texas for a proposed Golden Chick Restaurant. Cullinan Properties, Ltd. and Burleson Commons, LP were the sellers. Golden Chick will join a future Kroger Marketplace now under construction with opening planned later this year as well as Qdoba Mexican Grill, Smashburger, Panda Express, Roscoe’s BBQ and other restaurants at Burleson Commons. Neighboring tenants at the intersection include Target, Home Depot, H-E-B and Premier Cinema.
Mark Reeder and Tyler Isbell of the SRS Dallas/Ft. Worth office represented the seller, Cullinan Properties, Ltd. in the transaction. Cody Lee with Wilco Realtors, LLC represented the Buyer.
Orlando:
Noodles & Company has signed a lease for a 2,600-square-foot space on the NWC of East Colonial & Herndon Ave. Noodles & Co. expects to build out a 63-seat restaurant with an outdoor patio as an outparcel of Orlando Fashion Square. This will be the Orlando area’s third Noodles & Co. and is scheduled to open early this year.
