Hub Magazine Releases Georgia’s Who’s Who in Financial Technology
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) March 10, 2015 -- The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), one of the nation’s largest state trade organizations dedicated to technology and innovation, recently released it’s Who’s Who in Georgia’s Financial Technology in the latest issue of the organization’s Hub Magazine.
The magazine was unveiled in front of a crowd of contributors and sponsors at a special ceremony held at the Herman Miller Showroom in Atlanta’s Midtown West area.
The Who’s Who in Georgia’s Financial Technology list identifies key players from the largest FinTech companies (based on revenues), that are headquartered in Georgia and that are making a difference in the state and the industry at large.
Georgia is home to major and emerging FinTech companies that are covering everything from payment processing, crowdfunding platforms and new crypto-currencies to advanced banking technologies, financial advisory solutions and loyalty rewards programs. The sector produces more than $34 Billion annually, and employs 25,000 in the state and over 135,000 globally.
FinTech executives that appeared on the list were from the following Georgia companies:

• Equifax
• First Data Corporation
• Global Payments
• Intercontinental Exchange (ICE)
• NCR Corp
• TSYS, Inc.
• TransCentra, Inc.
The list appeared in the Financial Technology issue of Hub Magazine. Financial Technology (FinTech) is a unique line of business that involves the design, development, creation, use and maintenance of information systems for a whole range of financial transactions and related enterprises and their consumers.
