Chris Tello Elected 2015 President of the Broward Board of Governors of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS
Miami, FL (PRWEB) March 18, 2015 -- The MIAMI Association of REALTORS has elected Chris Tello, SFR as the 2015 President of the Broward Board of Governors. He and the entire Board of Directors were recently installed at MIAMI’s Annual Inaugural and Awards Luncheon.
The Broward Board of Governors is dedicated to leadership in the Association, the Real Estate profession, and the communities they serve. Broward leaders impact key policy decisions and stay informed about important issues affecting the industry, analyze information, are actively and visibly involved in real estate related issues, events and programming, particularly in Broward County, and promote South Florida real estate worldwide. With more than 36,000 members, including more than 9,000 in Broward County, MIAMI is the largest local Realtor association in the nation.
Chris has been servicing residential real estate since 1996. He comes from an international hospitality background, which gives him the foundation necessary to fully understand the true meaning of “beyond your expectation" customer service.
Together with his wife Natascha, he owns and operates their real estate sales team known as The Tello Team, which is and has been among the top one percent of Realtors nationwide. In 2014, Christopher was also named the #3 Hispanic Realtor in the U.S. by NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). In addition to his personal sales team, he also co-owns the Keller Williams Realty Partners SW office in Pembroke Pines, Florida, which has been one of the top independently owned real estate offices in Broward County since its opening in 2006, and currently has over 260 agents.
The Tello Team has also earned top-200 nationwide rankings in both Real Trends Magazine and the Wall Street Journal.
The Tellos believe in community service. Christopher is active with the Miramar Optimist Football Club and the City of Miramar’s Crime Preventions Programs. He also provides mentoring and training to local real estate agents and welcomes the opportunity to partner or sponsor local charitable organizations.
