Surftech announces official sponsorship of the 2015 Carolina Cup

The Carolina Cup is one of the most prestigious races and expo event in paddleboarding drawing an international field of competitors and hosting several one of kind social activities for the paddling community.
The Carolina Cup is the perfect compliment to Surftech’s recent sponsorship of the Santa Cruz Downwind Ryders Cup and the ongoing partnership with the Molokai2Oahu World Championships. “Surftech and BARK have been apart of the race for several years as competitors, participants and supporters. In addition to the sponsorship of the event, Surftech and BARK will be hosting a FREE paddling clinic and the east coast debut of the highly acclaimed “A Date With The Strait” documentary, covering the first ever crossing of the Bass Strait from mainland Australia to Tasmania on paddleboards. The clinic will be open to paddlers of all levels and will cover everything from basic technique to race training hosted at Carolina PaddleBoard Co., in Wilmington, North Carolina.
