ConnectAndSell, the leader in Advanced Sales Acceleration, announced today the "Key Performance Indicator" or KPI report of the ConnectAndSell "Top 100 Power Users" of 2014.

These Top 100 Sales Professionals as a group had 7,857,396 dials delivered, 265,211 sales conversations, with a 5.40% conversion from conversation to meeting in 2014. The average dials/day by this group of Power Users was 314 dials/day, with 11 sales conversations/day, and averaged .57 meetings per 11 sales conversations. Based on a report released in 2014, The Sales Development Touch Report, by TOPO, the average Lead Generation Representative does 47.5 dials/day, so these top 100 Power Users are 6.6X more productive than the "typical SDR" as reported by TOPO.

The #1 Sales Professional (ranked by # of dial attempts) drove 194,132 dial attempts using ConnectAndSell Lightning, had 2,267 conversations, and scheduled 62 meetings (2.73% conversion rate from conversation to meeting).

The #1 Sales Professional (ranked by # of meetings scheduled) drove 142,831 dial attempts, had 3,289 conversations, and scheduled 941 meetings (28.61% conversion rate).

The variation in number of meetings (from 2.73% conversion to 28.61% conversion) varies by customer due to several factors including the product or solution offered, the maturity of the market, the market share/market size, the quality of the list, the quality of the Sales Professional, and more.

In Q4, 2014, the ConnectAndSell OutboundOnDemand Lead Generation Team, using ConnectAndSell Lightning, delivered 317,111 dials, had 11,325 conversations, and scheduled 770 meetings on behalf of ConnectAndSell clients.

The difference in ConnectAndSell Lightning Key Performance Indicators and ConnectAndSell OutboundOnDemand Key Performance Indicators:

-The Top 100 Users of ConnectAndSell Lightning averaged 314 dials/day, 10.7 sales conversations, and .57 meetings scheduled (5.4% conversion rate).

-The ConnectAndSell OutboundOnDemand Lead Generation Reps averaged 1,057 dials/day, 38 conversations/day, and 2.56 meetings/day (6.7% conversion rate).

The uptick in conversion rates is largely due to the Sales Coaching as a Service module, powered by Factor 8, where Managers and Sales Coaches listen to recorded sales conversations via the web or their mobile phones to provide near real time feedback, and the ongoing attention to list management, perfecting the script, and oversight of the Lead Gen team by top ranked sales leaders."
