Seasoned Compliance Executive to Join IMP Consulting in Support of the Company’s Expansion in Compliance and Risk Solutions
Boston, MA (PRWEB) April 21, 2015 -- IMP Consulting, the implementation experts in compliance, risk and trading systems, today announced the addition of industry executive, Gigi Szekely, as the Director of Compliance.
In this role, Ms. Szekely will be responsible for managing, and growing IMP’s Compliance practice, which includes the newly launched CLEAR service (Compliance Library Enhancement and Audit Review). She will also be involved in providing analytics and advisory support for implementing and enhancing automated investment guideline libraries.
Ms. Szekely has over 15 years of senior compliance management experience working for buy-side investment management firms. Prior to joining IMP Consulting, Ms. Szekely was the Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Eaton Vance Distributors, Inc. where she was responsible for implementing and managing the firm’s compliance program designed to ensure an effective control environment to support the sale and distribution of mutual funds, closed-end funds, separately managed accounts and alternative investments.
She has extensive experience evaluating and implementing enterprise-wide compliance and risk management systems in addition to conducting due diligence and oversight of third-party service providers and vendors.
