Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) April 19, 2015 -- On February 19th, Jeff made a public promise that if he won any category of the 2015 “Best of Las Vegas” awards, he would unicycle down Las Vegas Blvd from "Vegas Vic" downtown to the Vegas sign in a pair of "Juggle Boy" booty shorts.
