Lenny joined ONSP from Russell Reynolds Associates where he was a Partner for 10 years and well recognized for client satisfaction and quality. Previously, he helped to build another premier technology search firm, led a start-up venture to revenue of more than $22 million in 2 years, and also enjoyed a successful 15-year career in finance, sales and general management with Fortune 100 companies.
Lenny received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
