James Earl Jones Hosts an Upcoming "In America" Segment on Physical Therapy
(PRWEB) May 22, 2015 -- A new program for the "In America" television series will be featuring experts in the field of Physical Therapy.
James Earl Jones will host the new segment that takes the mystery out of physical therapy and discusses how the exercises can decrease pain and improve range of motion for a variety of ailments and injuries. Physical therapists work with their patients to establish a personalized exercise plan that enhances daily activities such as house cleaning and shopping, work movements such as stair climbing and sitting and play-time skills such as cycling or basketball. The piece will also display how physical therapists are there to help bodies get over conditions such as back pain, osteoarthritis in the knees, and carpal tunnel in the wrists. Therapists can educate clients on at-home exercises and appropriate body posture too.
The new segment with James Earl Jones demonstrates how physical therapy is useful at any age. The exercises in physical therapy are also helpful for maintaining a healthy weight and reducing the risk of obesity and other health concerns such as diabetes, strokes and heart disease.
