Largest Local Realtor Association in the U.S. Signs Agreement with Zillow Group; Miami Association of Realtors Implements New Platform
Miami, FL (PRWEB) June 17, 2015 -- The Miami Association of Realtors (FL) and Zillow Group (NASDAQ:Z) announced today that they have signed a direct listing agreement and that Miami has implemented the Zillow® Data Dashboard, providing their brokers with the option to market their inventory directly on Zillow and Trulia. Miami Association brokers will not have to establish individual data feeds or enter into separate agreements with the Zillow Group and will be able to have their properties updated as often as every 15 minutes, ensuring current, active listings that are up-to-date and in sync with the MLS data.

Miami also provides the Miami Gateway through Clareity where our 36,000 members can log in once and have one-click access to premium products and services including Clareity Direct Connections platform as the easy, secure access for our brokers to the Zillow Data Dashboard and their broker options.”

Through the agreement with Zillow Group, real estate agents from brokerages that choose to participate will be prominently displayed as the listing agent on all of their listings and be able to receive leads directly from Zillow and Trulia. Brokerages will receive attribution, branding, a link back directly to their website and have daily reporting access.
