Dallas, TX (PRWEB) August 20, 2015 -- Dalfen America Corp. (DAC) today announced the acquisition of a 100% leased portfolio in Houston, Texas. The 3 building portfolio is comprised of two warehouses and one office building, totaling 201,000 square feet.
Located approximately 2 miles from Union Pacific’s Englewood and Settagast intermodal terminals, with quick access to I-10, and I-620, the property is also conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Houston and 30 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
