Irvine will lead the company’s Sales and Performance Management teams and utilize his experience to guide the further expansion of Creative Group’s performance management platforms. Creative Group offers a broad range of solutions designed to align the behaviors of employees, sales forces and customers with desired results.

Irvine has been in the marketing and performance management industry for over 25 years in various roles, including entrepreneur, salesperson and corporate leader. Irvine began his career in the advertising industry and founded his own agency. He later shifted to the performance management industry, joining PMH Caramanning as an account executive. Within four years, he was named president and chief operating officer. He was most recently group president, engagement & recognition for Summit Group. Irvine has considerable experience designing performance solutions in multiple industries including automotive aftermarket, information technology, office furniture & systems, finance, insurance, and industrial supply.
