In this capacity, she is responsible for establishing and building relationships with the goal of identifying areas where Pentra can help organizations maximize the value of benefits delivered. Jennifer brings 10 years of industry experience in benefit operations, marketing and relationship management.
Jen spent the first 10 years of her career with Cigna. This provided her with strong technical and operational knowledge. During her tenure at Cigna, Jen saw first-hand how many employers struggled to effectively manage absence and productivity. She established herself as an expert on FMLA and ADA administration, and she understands how to derive positive results from a total absence management program. Her in-depth understanding of the internal operations of a major insurer, coupled with her analytical abilities, provide an excellent foundation for her role as a Sales Executive.
