Andrew Towbin Joins Greenberg Traurig’s New York Real Estate Practice from Bryan Cave
(PRWEB) August 11, 2015 -- Andrew J. Towbin joined the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a shareholder in its New York Real Estate Practice. Towbin joins the firm from Bryan Cave LLP.

Towbin represents real estate investment and opportunity funds, REITs, real estate owners and developers, private lenders, and commercial banks in an array of complex real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in sales and acquisitions of commercial, hotel, and multifamily properties; mortgage, mezzanine, and construction financing; restructuring of existing debt; and joint ventures and preferred equity investments.

Towbin’s addition follows several recent hires in the firm’s New York office since April, including Frank Martire, Ivan Presant, Joseph Cosentino, Anthony L. Perricone, and Nanette Aguirre in the Corporate & Securities Practice; John Kaufmann and Linda D’Onofrio in the Tax Practice; and Terri Mazur and Peter Gruenberger in the Litigation Practice.
Towbin earned his J.D. from New York University and his B.S. from Cornell University.
