ASP Franchising Announces New Vice President of Sales
Macon, Georgia (PRWEB) September 01, 2015 -- ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company today announced the expansion of their management team, adding Jef Flournoy as Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development. Mr. Flournoy, one of the first franchise owners in the system, joins the corporate office after successfully operating his own ASP franchise in Augusta, GA for several years. As the company’s VP of Sales and Development, Mr. Flournoy is responsible for new franchise development, heading the qualification of potential franchise owners and granting of new territories in collaboration with the executive team.

Prior to joining the management team, Mr. Flournoy taught school and coached soccer at Monroe Academy. While there, he received the Monroe County Middle School teacher of the year award twice, and was a two-time GISA Coach of the Year winner. In 2007, Flournoy had transitioned into finance and was working at a bank in private lending when he discovered the ASP franchise opportunity. He entered the swimming pool business by purchasing the Augusta, GA territory, which he successfully owned and operated until he sold the franchise to accept this new position.
