Performance Horizon, the global leader in digital partner marketing, today announced the appointments of Misty Brewster as Director of Client Services and Marco Botticelli as Head of Product.

These new hires follow the recent additions of Chief Information Officer, Alistair Wyse and Vice President of Marketing, Erik Mikisch, showcasing the company’s focus on bolstering its leadership during this time of rapid global growth.

Ms. Brewster brings more than five years of affiliate marketing experience to Performance Horizon. Prior to joining Performance Horizon, Brewster worked as a Digital Marketing Program Manager, specializing in affiliate marketing, at ROI DNA. There, Brewster launched Virgin America’s first ever affiliate program and successfully grew affiliate programs for top internet security and software advertisers. Additionally, Brewster managed ROI DNA’s social media efforts and supported internal marketing. Previously, Brewster worked at Commission Junction where she managed key accounts for top retail, grocery, electronics and travel advertisers, including Expedia US/CAN and APAC.

Mr. Botticelli has more than 10 years of multi-industry experience in Product Management and Technology, Digital Strategy, User Growth and Retention, and e-Commerce. Prior to joining Performance Horizon, Botticelli held senior positions in Product at Kenshoo where he applied his technical knowledge to real marketing problems and objectives, leveraging breakthrough technologies such as predictive analytics and artificial intelligence. Previously, Botticelli led SEM and Performance Marketing teams at agencies such as WPP/Mindshare and Omnicom/Organic across brands in travel, automotive and financial services including Hilton, HSBC Bank and Volvo, and developed digital marketing best practices at Starwood Hotels in London.
