Inpro Promotes Three and Hires One as Company Continues Domestic and International Growth
Milwaukee, Wis. (PRWEB) November 03, 2015 -- Inpro Corporation today announced the promotion of three to executive positions, and the hiring of a Business Development executive as part of its ongoing plan to grow its business in the U.S., and abroad.
Marc Holland, EVP of Sales & Marketing, will be promoted to fill the position of President. In his 19-year career with the company, Holland has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and sales management, marketing, product management and development, acquisitions, and international operations.
Sean McCormick will be promoted to Vice President of Sales, and join the company’s Senior Management team. McCormick is a 16-year veteran of Inpro having held sales and sales management roles, most recently as Director of Sales domestically.
Ian Ryerson will be promoted to Director of Sales filling McCormick’s position, and will lead Inpro’s five domestic sales regions. In nine years at Inpro, Ryerson has successfully served the company’s Clickeze® Privacy Systems division, first in sales, then as product manager and most recently sales manager.
The promotions will be effective January 1, 2016.
In addition to the internal promotions, the company will hire Craig Faust as Vice President of Business Development. Faust’s role will be to investigate and assimilate new acquisitions. Faust is currently President of Commercial & Specialty Printing at Quad Graphics, and will formally join Inpro on January 4, 2016.
The moves enhance Inpro’s accelerated growth track. In recent years, the company opened operations in Dubai and India, as well as expanded its sales presence in the Far East. In the past year the company also acquired two companies – Fireline 520™ in Buffalo and Hinkel™ Systems in Charlotte, and launched a completely new product division – Ascend™ Elevator Protection Systems.
In addition, a new 36,000 sq. ft. Southeast production and shipping hub in Charlotte will be complete in early 2016. The facility will house Hinkel Systems, the Ascend sales office, and the regional Inpro™ Interiors operation, the company’s installation service.
“With the diversification and expansion of our business, we need to continue manning our operations to maximize current strengths and uncover new opportunities,” said Phil Ziegler, CEO. “The three internal promotions of Marc, Sean and Ian allow us to bring three seasoned, long-time mangers into new roles. The addition of Craig Faust will bring an extremely experienced outside executive’s perspective to look at other opportunities to expand our business.”
