Cromedy Construction Announces The Addition of Mr. Tim Bako as Vice President of the Firm

Cromedy Construction, Inc. ( announced today that Tim Bako has joined the company as it's new Vice President.

Mr. Bako comes with a wealth of experience in the construction and engineering industry having over fifteen years in both the civil and vertical construction markets with a primary focus on state and federal construction projects. He comes to us from AB Construction, where he served as Vice President for four years. Tim was instrumental in the reorganization of the company, providing effective operational leadership and management to expand their presence within the public sector.

Tim joins Cromedy as Vice President to continue Cromedy’s success in expanding its public sector presence within both state and federal, civil and vertical, construction markets primarily in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Tim comments “I am excited to take on new challenges at Cromedy Construction and look forward to working as part of the management team to further develop the company's already existing presence within the public sector construction market. I am fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself on self-performance and service within the construction industry.”

Mr. Bako attended George Mason University and studied Government and International Politics and History. He holds various certifications within the construction industry and serves on a number of committees with a focus on small business with Washington Building Congress (WBC), Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA), Association of General Contractors (AGC), Association of the United States Army (AUSA), Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), Association of Building Contractors (ABC), Mr. Bako brings great depth of knowledge of the state and federal contracting marketplace and has worked with state and federal agencies such as Maryland State Highway Administration (MDSHA), Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA), Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), DC Water, Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), Delaware Department of Transportation (DDOT), General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Army Corps (USACE), NAVFAC, NASA, National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), NOAA, Department of Commerce, National Institute of Health (NIH), USDA, Department of Justice (DOJ), ATF, FEMA.
