Fuel50’s Innovative Career Pathing Software Wins a Gold in 2015 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award
(PRWEB) January 29, 2016 -- Fuel50, the innovative career pathing software solution, was honored with a prestigious Gold Award for Best Advance in Career Management or Planning Technology in the 2015 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
Fuel50 won for its work with Z Energy, a New Zealand-based company that supplies fuel to retail customers and large commercial customers. After engagement data analysis indicated that career development needed to become a key area of focus, Z Energy partnered with Fuel50 to create a shift in personal career ownership among employees and give them greater insight into “what’s in it for them.” After three years of helping map out potential career paths for employees and tailoring individual support for leaders, Z Energy increased engagement from 66 percent to 78 percent, as well as experienced increased equity value, return of capital employed, and a 34 percent increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
“We believe that career pathing can have a greater impact on talent outcomes and business results than traditional performance management approaches,” said Anne Fulton, CEO and co-founder of Fuel50.
The Technology Awards, part of the prestigious Excellence Awards program completing its 21st year, honors organizations for their advancement in technologies that enable and enhance the fields of Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, and Sales Enablement. Winners receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards in more than 50 different categories. Winners will be recognized at Brandon Hall Group’s 2016 HCM Excellence Conference, Jan. 27-29, 2016, at the PGA Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
“These award-winning solutions were closely evaluated by our judges for not only their innovation, but the real results they brought to the organizations,” Brandon Hall Group Chief Executive Officer Mike Cooke said. “That is what makes our technology awards program special — connecting creativity and innovation to direct business results.”
