Rick Warren of Weldaloy Products Company Recognized for Giving Back
Detroit, Michigan (PRWEB) December 14, 2015 -- Rick Warren, CEO of Weldaloy Products Company, was recognized for his role with the Cranbrook Institute of Science on National Philanthropy Day. Mr. Warren serves as both a Trustee of Cranbrook Educational Community and the Board Chair of the Institute of Science. He was honored with recognition as a 2015 Distinguished Volunteer on National Philanthropy Day.
National Philanthropy Day was celebrated on November 12, 2015. This day is orchestrated by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and consists of an event to honor the contributions that philanthropists, distinguished volunteers and those in the fund raising profession have made in their communities.
In addition to his role as a business owner (Mr. Warren owns and operates two consulting firms, as well as Weldaloy Products) Mr. Warren works tirelessly for several nonprofit organizations. Mr. Warren volunteers his time and talents for Westside Christian School (Detroit, Michigan), Southfield Christian School (Southfield, Michigan), Highland Park Baptist Church (Southfield, Michigan), Moody Bible Institute (Plymouth, Michigan and Chicago, Illinois), as well as Cranbrook Educational Community (Bloomfield Hills, Michigan).
