Scivantage Appoints Industry Veteran Joseph Velli to Board of Directors
Jersey City, NJ (PRWEB) January 21, 2016 -- Scivantage, a Global FinTech 100 technology provider of Wealth Management and Cost Basis solutions, today announced the expansion of its Board of Directors to include longtime financial services and technology senior executive, Joseph Velli.
Mr. Velli brings extensive leadership, operating, M&A, strategic planning, business development and board experience to Scivantage. For most of his career, Mr. Velli served as a Senior Executive Vice President of The Bank of New York and as a member of the Bank’s Senior Policy Committee. During his tenure with the Bank, Mr. Velli's responsibilities also included heading Global Issuer Services, Global Custody and related Investor Services, Consumer Banking and Global Marketing and Sales. In late 2006, Mr. Velli help to spearhead the launch of BNY Convergex Group and served as its first Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Velli holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in accounting from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
