ELOISA Restaurant Expands Its Offerings to Include ELOISA Market
Santa Fe, New Mexico (PRWEB) January 20, 2016 -- ELOISA Restaurant, the latest creation of New Mexico born chef John Rivera Sedlar, adds a to-go menu and in-store market to its list of offerings. ELOISA Market will serve a variety of takeout sandwiches, salads, and sides that can be ordered in advance, or at the restaurant from 11 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday, and 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. “The to-go menu was designed to provide high-quality, quick and fresh options for our downtown customers and hotel guests,” states Executive Chef and Owner John Rivera Sedlar.
ELOISA Market carries an assortment of pantry items, including Santa Fe-inspired trail mix, cookbooks, glassware, and other household items; while the to-go menu offers a selection of modern southwest meal options: a salmon salad nicoise with purple potatoes and tequila-lime vinaigrette, a soup of the day, and sides like ELOISA’s Aztec salsa and Chimayo chile hummus.
ELOISA Market will begin with the to-go menu and retail shop, but will eventually offer seating around the restaurant’s kitchen counter with a comforting New Mexico menu inspired by Chef Sedlar’s Grandma Eloisa.
“We are excited to introduce the to-go menu and highlight our chipotle chicken salad: a rich, zippy, fresh chicken salad made with cream cheese, green onions, cilantro, and chipotle powder, served on our house made brioche bun,” says Director of Special Events Marja Martin.
On Wednesday, January 20, the restaurant invited its friends and neighbors to stop by and experience samples from the new menu. “We look forward to introducing patrons to the new menu over the course of the next few weeks and hope to become a favorite downtown takeout destination,” adds Sedlar.
