In this role, Hayn will manage all independent distribution and retail sales activities for both the US and international markets. He will assume his new responsibilities on February 9th, reporting directly to Fiberon CEO Doug Mancosh.

Hayn’s background includes 15+ years’ experience in sales and sales management within the building industry. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales for JELD-WEN. Previously he had been the Fiberon Director of Distributor Sales for the East Coast and Midwest regions, during which time he oversaw a strong period of growth. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from Moravian College.
