Casemaker and Mozato have entered into a multi-year agreement in which Mozato has been granted the exclusive right to distribute Casemaker outside of Casemaker’s distribution agreements with various bar associations. As part of the deal, Mozato has granted Casemaker users access to a rich repository of over 50 million pleadings.
