In this role, Leonard will spearhead an array of critical business development tasks to support the company’s vision and growth. His responsibilities will include leading the sales team and supporting marketing initiatives; executing key partnership agreements; and assisting in training and development to maximize team performance.

Prior to taking on the challenges of his new career, Jim also served in the United States Marine Corps and attended Memphis State University.
