Holcomb Properties is developing 800 acres of land off of the newly constructed Grand Parkway east of I45 as an expansion of Falls at Imperial Oaks, doubling the size of the master-planned community with a build out of 1,500 acres.
Expansion of Falls at Imperial Oaks includes an on-site elementary school and second community recreation center equipped with an additional resort-style pool, splash pad and playground. A portion of the property will be reserved for lakes, parks, open spaces and new nature trails throughout.

In addition to new homes, a portion of the land is being developed for commercial use. Retail spaces will be located alongside the future Imperial Promenade Drive— in direct route of the Grand Parkway.
“Not only will commute times be cut in half, but residents will be conveniently closer to new shops, restaurants and entertainment,” says Jarrard.
