Infolinx WEB™ Enhances Features and Functionality for University of Virginia

The implementation of the Advanced Retention/Disposition Module introduces best practices to demonstrate compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and reduce litigation risks. The University of Virginia is a state agency, and its offices and departments are obligated to follow the requirements of the Virginia Public Records Act (Code of Virginia, Title 42.1, Chapter 7) for retention and disposition of records.
