New Additions Indicate a Boon to One of the Country’s Fastest-Growing Mortgage Companies
Edina, MN (PRWEB) March 30, 2016 -- A rapidly growing leader in the mortgage industry announced today several key additions to one of its most vital divisions.
Twin Cities-based Marketplace Home Mortgage (MHM), now in its 20th year, has added three professionals with decades of experience in the world of finance to its Financial Institution Division (FID).
“These new hires will elevate the level of customer service we bring to our clients. Marketplace Home Mortgage has always prided itself as being a customer centric provider of residential mortgage service and these new hires will allow us to continue to excel at being the preferred provider.” said FID Director Brad Smeed.
Sandy Oleson, has joined Marketplace and brings significant experience.
FID Director Brad Smeed said she hit the ground running from her first day, bringing bright ideas along with many opportunities for growth.
Smeed said the division, is benefitting from Oleson’s broad network which is resulting in new relationships for Marketplace.
“We were doing very well going into the year, but with Sandy we have seen exponential growth and I predict that that trend will continue with her on team,” Smeed said.
Oleson will concentrate her work on MHM's home state of Minnesota, as well as North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa.
Brad Smeed has also added two senior loan officers to its team, which will focus on providing extraordinary products and services to credit unions.
Tina Allie spent the last seven years at New Brighton, Minnesota-based CU Companies, where she rose to lead account manager and team leader. Allie brings a broad mortgage background to Marketplace Home Mortgage.
Heather Martin learned the credit union model by achieving great success at SPIRE Credit Union. Heather managed her branch for six years, creating outstanding results by improving sales to fourth highest in the network.
“My goal is to hire to most talented, skilled, and customer focused people, so we can continue to add additional value to our relationships,” Smeed said. “That's where talented and dedicated hires like Sandy, Tina and Heather come in.”
The three new team members join recently hired Account Executive Steve Schultz, who has joined MHM’s Milwaukee office. Schultz has led the division’s charge toward impeccable service and will be a key ingredient in growing MHM’s presence in Wisconsin.
Marketplace’s Financial Institutions Division partners with credit unions and community banks by providing mortgage products and solutions. The credit unions and banks have access to Marketplace’s full suite of products that can be tailored to their customers needs.
The FID’s expansion is indicative of a larger growth trend inside MHM, which is known for its friendly, localized service even as offices are added across the country.
Having recently opened doors in South Dakota and Colorado, the company sees only great opportunities in its 20th year, said President Keith White.
“These new FID team members bring their impressive backgrounds and are indicative of the high standards that we have for all of our employees,” White added. “That is precisely what makes us one of the best.”
