Everhart Advisors Expanding to New Corporate Headquarters
Dublin, Ohio (PRWEB) April 27, 2016 -- Everhart Advisors, central Ohio’s leading retirement plan advisory firm, has purchased a 13,000 square foot building from the Ohio Society of CPAs. The single-story building is located at 535 Metro Place South in Dublin, Ohio. Everhart plans to move its corporate headquarters there in June.
“We are excited to share this news,” said Everhart Advisors’ President Scott Everhart. “The new space is more conducive to our present needs and will accommodate our growth. It was important to us to remain in the central Ohio region, as this is where our roots are. Purchasing a building only deepens the commitment we have to the community and this market.”
Everhart’s present office is also located in Dublin at 5890 Venture Drive. However, the office space is leased, and expansion over the past year has forced operations onto two floors.
The law firm of Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP is leasing 7,000 square feet of the new building for a satellite office it opened this month. The Dublin location complements the firm’s current downtown Columbus office. Everhart will occupy the rest of the space.
