Long-time AGC member Bob Sewell Elected Chairman of the Central Ohio Association of General Contractors

The AGC of Central Ohio has served the commercial construction industry throughout 14 Central Ohio counties since 1937 and represents over 300 contractors through its membership and Construction Advancement Program. As Chairman of the Central Ohio AGC, Bob’s focus will be to find unique ways to promote construction as a long-term career opportunity and inspire youth to join the construction industry.

Sewell, who has been with Gilbane Building Company for more than 16 years, serves as Vice President and Support Operations Manager for the Columbus and Cleveland Business Units. He has been an active member of the Central Ohio community where he is a member of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and the Associated General Contractors of Ohio. Bob has been on the AGC board for six years and is an active participant in National Children’s Hospital's charitable efforts.
