Austin Startup Plans Further Expansion

Early market interest in Encast (http://encast.co/) has prompted the company’s hiring of three employees to manage customer success, specialized content development, and channel partnerships. Encast’s technology delivers cloud-based services to businesses with a platform that increases community impact by employees and improves work place culture. The company recently announced completion of an angel round investment of $2.25 million.

Ramirez said Encast has named Maggie McCarthy as Customer Success Manager, Elisha Girken to be Business Development Manager, and Caitlin O’Dowd to serve in the role of Partner Success Manager. The three bring an extensive range of experiences in customer relations, account management, and communications along with client engagement and services.
