SAE International to Present Symposium on Applications and Integration of Augmented and Virtual Reality Technologies
WARRENDALE, Pa. (PRWEB) June 01, 2016 -- SAE International announces the SAE 2016 Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Technologies Symposium will be held Nov. 14-16, 2016, at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
Successful integration and application of augmented and virtual reality technologies from beginning design through manufacturing are a key to creating significant cost savings, and reducing time to market.
Unlike other events, the SAE 2016 Augmented and Virtual Reality Technologies Symposium brings augmented reality and virtual reality technologies together to demonstrate their complementary nature. The in-depth programs will utilize quality case studies to answer pertinent questions such as, “What is the justification for investment of these technologies?” “What does the future of AR and VR look like for the mobility industry?” as well as other questions that will revitalize efforts to integrate these technologies into manufacturing.
This popular event will provide critical knowledge and user experience on practical application in both the design room as well as on the shop floor. Attendees will hear business cases and value propositions for utilizing the technology.
