Customer relationship support and call center company expands offerings to include near and off shore locations

American Support, an award-winning leader in business process outsourcing, announced today that it is changing its name to Bernard. The change reflects the company’s growth and expanded capability to provide end-to-end customer relationship support, sales and management solutions to its growing roster of telecommunications, cable, retail, travel and finance industry clients.

“Our new name — Bernard — emphasizes our dedication to supporting our clients’ customer relationships,” says Matt Zemon, Bernard chief executive officer. “Our driven staff will move mountains in order to find solutions. A customer’s experience is as important to us as it is to our clients.”

In addition to a name change, Bernard has increased in size to include nine onshore, near-shore and off-shore call center locations with over 3,000 seats. The added locations and highly trained staff make it easier for Bernard to provide the agile, end-to-end solutions it is known for, including inbound telesales, PACE-SRO certified outbound telesales, technical support, billing support, and customer retention services. Bernard is also the only reseller of CSG International services and solutions.

The new name is effective immediately and will be implemented across the company’s products and services.
