New HomeAware™ Smartphone Transmitter at Harris Communications
Eden Prairie, MN (PRWEB) June 06, 2016 -- Harris Communications, a leader in the field of assistive products for the deaf and hard-of-hearing, is now carrying the HA360SP Smartphone Transmitter by Sonic Alert. When used with the HomeAware™ Home Alerting System, this transmitter sends a signal to a Bluetooth®-enabled smartphone for immediate notification of landline/videophone calls or doorbell.
The HomeAware™ Home Alerting System consists of the HA360 Master Package with the HA360M Main Unit, Doorbell Transmitter and Bed Shaker. The main unit notifies users of landline/videophone calls and doorbell with a 110dB alarm, powerful bed shaker or bright strobe. The screen on the main unit will also display the alert in large scrolling test that can be read across the room. Other transmitters available for the HomeAware™ Home Alerting System include the Baby Cry, Smoke/CO, and the recently released Smartphone Transmitter.
To use, the HA360SP Smartphone Transmitter is linked with a Bluetooth®-enabled smartphone. The smartphone, together with the free app, will notify the user when another transmitter goes off. One Smartphone Transmitter can be used for each main unit. Phone must be in Bluetooth® range (up to 30 feet) to receive and send signals.
The HA360SP Smartphone Transmitter (SA-HA360DSPT) retails for $79.95 and must be used with the HA360 Master Package. The HA360 Master Package (SA-HA360MK) retails for $229.95.
