KAIYA beach resort community coming to Florida Gulf Coast’s famous 30A highway
Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. (PRWEB) June 14, 2016 -- Luxurious finishes and gathering spaces will define KAIYA beach resort, a boutique resort community being developed along one of the most sought after stretches of scenic highway 30A on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
The 28-acre low-density community, just west of Alys Beach, is an easy trip from Dallas/Ft. Worth, Nashville, Washington D.C., New Orleans, St. Louis and several other cities in the Southeast region of the United States.
The master plan, recently approved by the local planning authority, includes 54 single-family homes, 21 row houses, and 73 condos, with private pools and other outdoor amenities for each home and full concierge service throughout.
Connected by open walkways and separated from highway 30A by wide green spaces, KAIYA beach resort will include what will be 30A’s only 5-star resort spa, a fitness center, a boutique 25-room inn, upscale restaurants, high end shopping and gathering areas overlooking the Gulf’s emerald waters.
“We’re already hearing a lot of interest from prospective home buyers, especially because of KAIYA beach resort’s private beach access, its proximity to golf courses and our vision for architectural design that balances the beauty of the land with modern conveniences,” KAIYA beach resort partner Jason Romair of Santa Rosa Beach’s Romair Homes says. “We consider it an honor to build a community along 30A, and feel the responsibility to choose the best partners to create a unique, beautiful community.”
Mauricio Castro, principal director of design at PLACE Alliance in Orlando, Fla., will be the lead designer for KAIYA beach resort, bringing his “New Urbanism” resort design principles to this project. More than one third of the community will be devoted to neighborhood parks, walking and bike trails, a public square, and environmental preservation.
A leader in urban design, Castro’s resort community designs reach from Mexico’s Pacific coast to the Adriatic Sea in Croatia. It was the Eco-Resorts in the Cayman Islands that first caught the attention of KAIYA beach resort owners John Pinkerton and Romair.
One of the South’s oldest and largest branding firms, Lewis Communications, will be the brand partner for KAIYA beach resort. Lewis Communications has branded communities, food and retail brands across the South and along the Gulf Coast.
