8 New Edible Products Launched this Spring by Cake Decorating Supply Company Icing Images

The newest addition to the line of edible cake printers is the Spectra Printer. With the compact design, users are now able to successfully pull their icing sheet from the bottom of the printer using Icing Image's Premium line of edible paper. With its removable print head, rare clogs are not a problem to fix. Brilliance is redefined with the Icing Images edible ink series.
Designed by Chef Mike Terry, Certified Master Sugar Artist, a two sided food safe cutting mat was added to the Electronic cutting supply line. These mats were designed exclusively for the Silhouette Cameo® electronic cutter for use with edible paper at a low cost.
Icing Images also added Paper Potion to its new product line. While this product was intended to condition wafer paper for easy manipulation to create edible decorations, Icing Images is finding that this edible Potion is also great for sticking edible decorations to cakes such as DECOgel™, edible flowers, gelatin, and edible pictures. Other uses are also being discovered and will be released as further testing evolves.
Simi Transfer Sheets, a completely new edible paper that is used in the Sugar Art and Pastry world. Simply use an edible printer to print a desired design and place behind hot Isomalt. Unlike icing sheets, sugar sheets, frosting sheets, wafer paper, or cocoa transfer sheets, the Simi Transfer Sheets is an edible sheet that is used to apply a semi-transparent design on to Isomalt.
Icing Images launched their new Lilac Wafer Paper this spring. Due to customer requests, Icing Images now offers three ways to purchase packs of wafer paper. Users can choose from one of three packs of colors, white, or a variety. Sample sheet packs contain two sheets of each color or sample packages contain one 10 sheet pack of each color. Finally, Icing Images Premium White Wafer Paper are now available in a convenient 25 pack as well as a value 100 pack.
