The Q3 2016 Category Leader ranking for the top 25 workforce management solutions has been released, and Deputy has come in first place, followed by When I Work Scheduling, and ShiftPlanning in second and third place, respectively.
The ranking is for business owners, decision makers, and c-level executives looking for an overview of the top workforce management apps. The ranking is calculated using five different types of data: application integrations, media presence, mobile app availability combined with ratings from the App and Google Play stores, user reviews, and security. Each data point is worth up to 20 points, and apps can an attain a total maximum score of 100.
“The battle for first and second was tremendously close and only separated by 1 point. Ultimately, Deputy took the top spot with a score of 77, which was helped by a perfect score of 20 for application integrations. When I Work Scheduling was close behind with strong showings for its mobile app availability and reviews, for an overall total score of 76. The rest of the top five was also a close race: third place ShiftPlanning scored 68, Parim came next with a score of 67, and fifth place Planday finished with 66, ” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager of the Category Leader rankings.
