Latham Named President and CEO of Eat Here Brands
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 09, 2016 -- Eat Here Brands LLC, a restaurant holding company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and Jackson, Mississippi, has named Bill Latham as president and CEO. Eat Here Brands owns several restaurants across the Southeast, including Babalu Tapas & Tacos, which has five locations in four states. Several additional Babalu locations are slated through 2017.
Babalu serves Spanish-style cuisine with a Southern twist. Latham, along with longtime business partner Al Roberts, created the original Babalu concept in 2010. Roberts will remain executive vice president, while Mike Stack will continue as chairman.
“This senior level executive realignment better enables the management team to focus on the growth of the Babalu brand,” said Stack. “Our goal is to develop Babalu Restaurants into a collection of unique restaurants across the Southeast and into the Midwest.”

Babalu Tapas & Tacos has locations in Jackson, Mississippi; Memphis, Tennessee; Birmingham, Alabama; Knoxville, Tennessee and Charlotte, North Carolina. Additional locations are in the works for Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Lexington, Kentucky; and Atlanta. A second Memphis location is also planned.
