L-com Releases Embedded Flexible DAS Antenna
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. (PRWEB) August 25, 2016 -- L-com Global Connectivity, a preferred manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, announced today that it has launched a flexible embedded antenna.
L-com’s HyperLink brand HG72705FPU-UFL is a flexible, Omni-directional embedded antenna designed to be directly integrated into devices that require wireless capability. By embedding this antenna into a device, the need for external antennas is eliminated. The Omni-directional design of the HG72705FPU-UFL provides complete 360° coverage, making it ideal for multipoint and mobile wireless systems.
The HG72705FPU-UFL is specifically designed for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) used to distribute cellular and Wi-Fi signals throughout a building or area. With an operating range of 698-960 MHz to 1710-2700 MHz, it is ideal for cellular LTE and Wi-Fi applications. The multi-band capability of this antenna eliminates the need to use different antennas for each frequency.
