AccuQuilt Welcomes Tula Pink Designs to their Gallery
Omaha, NE (PRWEB) August 22, 2016 -- AccuQuilt has a new exhibit featuring exquisite quilts by Tula Pink, a multi-talented fabric designer, quilter, and author. The exhibit features nine fascinating quilts that showcase a lovely combination of vibrant, cheerful fabric designed by Pink. The Tula Pink Exhibit will run through October 31.
A sampler quilt with 100 modern blocks, a large butterfly quilt, and a quilt featuring 15 British flags in many colorful fabric combinations are just a few of the quilts found in the exhibit.
AccuQuilt President Greg Gaggini said, “We are thrilled to have designs from Tula Pink in our Quilt Gallery through October, and I think our visitors will really love this exhibit as well.”
Pink is probably best known for her work as a fabric designer and her creative way of incorporating animals into many of her signature creations. In this exhibit, you will certainly find some form of animal hidden within a few quilt blocks.
Currently, Pink works with Free Spirit Fabrics to develop multiple fabric collections annually. Additionally, creatives can find Pink's design imprint on woven ribbons, paper products, needlepoint kits, embroidery patterns, and more. Her signature designs are also available in independent fabric shops and retailers all over the world.
In addition to designing a whimsical assortment of fabric, Tula also develops collections for Aurifil Threads and Renaissance Ribbons, writes books for F+W Media about quilting and sewing, and is an Ambassador for BERNINA sewing machines.
